Registered food freedom nutritionist & coach

I'm a food freedom nutritionist who helps you get out of the diet cycle, build sustainable habits around food and reach food freedom.

I believe in compassionate, empathetic and empowering person centred care. I also am very passionate about ensuring a HAES approach to care. And all of this is what I provide with all support at Vibe Nutrition Therapy!

How I help people like you

Intuitive Eating

I can help people who have been dieting for years regain connection with their bodies through Intuitive Eating. On this journey you will gain self confidence and reach body neutrality, while limiting negative thought patterns you have that are the reason you keep trying the latest diet.

Binge Eating 

I can help you escape the binge-restrict cycle by helping you reconnect with your body, reclaim your emotions and build sustainable eating habits that will nourish your body and make you feel good! Binge eating is a common struggle for so many people. Know you're not alone and you can beat binge eating.

Food Freedom 

I help people reach food freedom by mixing nutrition counselling with educating on gentle nutrition. I believe education on nutrition and how we can better nourish our body and mind is vital for a healed relationship with food.

Gentle Nutrition 

If want to become educated from a qualified nutritionist on how to add balance and nourishment to your daily diet without following another meal plan or 'dieting', this could be the option for you. Focusing on health promoting behaviours will transform your health in later life.

What goes on outside work?

When I'm not being your favourite food freedom nutritionist, I'm having other types of fun. 

I love travelling and adventure. Right now I'm travelling Australia in my van Tula. You can see more of my van life on my instagram! 

I'm also a massive foodie, and big lover of happy hour. What's better than cocktails and food? Half price cocktails and food!
